“Precious” is a finished head and heel horse that has done it all. He’s been hauled to amateur rodeos, jackpots, U.S. ropings, World Series ropings, and everything in between.

He recently won the 11.5 WS Roping in Dodge City with Coleton and qualified for Vegas. Don’t let his age fool you — he still has plenty of life, plenty of run, and knows his job. He rates well, is good in the box on both sides, is a huge stopper, and is quick across the line.

This is the kind of horse I think a college kid could absolutely go win on. He does not need to be overused or constantly practiced on to stay good. Rope on him often or just keep him exercised — he stays consistent.

He does require simple maintenance, as most seasoned good ones do. His hocks and stifles were done about two months ago, and his coffins were done for the first time in his life.

We’ve known this horse for over 6 years and know exactly what he is. He’s good to haul, shoe, and bathe, and he’s even been used by a junior high girl at playdays in the timed events.

Cattle available to try him on, and we have plenty of videos.
